Your account
3.1 In order to use all the features of our website, you must open a personal account on the website.
3.2 Your account on the website must be registered in your own correct name. Only one account per person, per household/address, per phone number/email address, and per IP address is permitted. Any other account opened on the website will be considered a “Duplicate Account.” You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative login details. If you open or attempt to open any number of Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all or any of your accounts without compensation and to apply the following penalties:
All actions taken using a Duplicate Account will be considered void;
All promotions in which the Duplicate Account participated will be void;
All winnings earned on the Duplicate Account will be void. All withdrawals made will be void and must be refunded to the Company.
The duplicate account will be closed and cannot be reopened.
3.3 You must keep your username and password confidential and not disclose this information to third parties. You are solely responsible for any actions and/or transactions made under your account. Anyone who logs into your account using the correct login and password will be considered you, and any transaction will be considered valid and made by you. We will not be liable for third-party access to your account or for any losses related to unauthorized use of your account; any unauthorized use will be considered your own use.
3.4 You must not sell or transfer your account to any other person, and you must not purchase or acquire accounts from others. You agree that any attempt to do so is null and void and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, a complete prohibition on the transfer of any valuable assets of any kind, such as, but not limited to, account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims related to these assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on such transfers includes, but is not limited to, encumbering, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, mortgaging, and/or donating in cooperation with a trustee or any other third party, a company, a natural or legal person, a foundation, and/or an association in any form whatsoever.
3.5 You may not use any other person’s username or password to access the Site.
3.6 You must keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your registration information.
3.7 Closing Your Account: You may request to close your account at any time by emailing customer service at [email protected], subject to the following conditions:
- You may only close your account if it has no remaining balance (positive or negative) and if there are no pending withdrawal requests.
- If you wish to close your account with a positive balance and/or pending withdrawal requests, all funds in your account will be forfeited.
3.8 Self-exclusion request: You can contact customer service by email: [email protected], and we will assist you in closing your account. In addition, it is your responsibility to inform the Company of any other accounts you may have with us, and to refrain from opening any new accounts. The Company is not responsible for potential losses on other accounts. We are not liable for any losses or damages that may be caused by gambling.
3.9 We reserve the right to refuse to open an account or to close an existing account without notice or justification.
Your guarantees
4.1 By opening an account on our Website and using our Website, you warrant that:
- You are acting on your own behalf;
- You are a competent and law-abiding citizen;
- You are not addicted to gambling, and you are not using the Website under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances;

The credit/debit card or any other payment method you use to top up your balance belongs to you, is not stolen, and has not been lost by another person. The Company reserves the right to close your account and void any winnings if it reasonably suspects that you have breached this guarantee.
4.2 By opening an account on this Website, you warrant that you have never registered another account or received money through an account belonging to another person.
4.3 By opening an account on this Website, you warrant that you have provided us with true and complete information as requested in the registration form.
Verification of your age, identity and other checks
5.1 You must provide us with any information we may request to manage your account, verify your identity, or verify the source of funds deposited into your account. This includes (but is not limited to) duly certified identification, proof of residence, proof of ownership, and transaction history of the payment methods used, including bank or credit/debit card statements, etc.
5.2 We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, use any additional procedures and means we deem appropriate to verify your identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after making deposits into your account and/or making a withdrawal.
5.3 You must provide these documents and information within 30 (thirty) days of the request. We reserve the right to withhold payment and/or suspend your account until you provide the requested documents and information, and to permanently close your account if you fail to do so on time. We will generally verify your documents and information within 10 (ten) days of a full response to our request, but depending on the circumstances and complexity of a given case, additional time and/or verification may be required to complete the verification.
5.4 We may use a recognized third-party provider to conduct verifications on our behalf, including authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services, and/or fraud prevention software. Personal data may be provided to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.5 By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that we may conduct additional security checks to verify account information and activity in accordance with applicable regulations and our security and anti-fraud procedures, by conducting call/phone verification, facial verification or any other necessary verification to ensure that you are who you claim to be.
Account balance, deposit and withdrawal of funds
6.1 When you open an account on the Website, you agree that financial transactions related to your account will be processed directly by the Company, a payment system operator, and/or a third party designated by the Company to perform this activity.
6.2 The deposit or withdrawal of funds is facilitated through the payment system of your choice (among those available on the Website from time to time). Where possible, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used to fund the account. You must use the payment system services available on the Website in accordance with the usage rules imposed by the respective providers of these services.
6.3 The account balance is not a bank balance and is therefore not subject to insurance, asset guarantees, or any other type of security. A deposit or active balance does not earn interest.
6.4 By making a deposit, you authorize the Company to debit from your account any fines or assessments related to your activity, as provided for in the Terms or applicable law. You also agree to avoid chargebacks of deposited funds, cancellations of deposits, and agree to compensate the Company for the costs associated with chargebacks and cancellations.
6.5 The Company has the right to set the minimum and maximum deposit amounts to the account at its discretion.
6.6 Refund Policy
6.6.1 You agree that the Company does not generally offer refunds of funds deposited to your account. However, we may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues with our website or payment instruments.
6.6.2 No refunds can be issued after the deposit in question (or the associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.
6.6.3 To be considered for a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the transaction in question. We will endeavor to respond to your request within 10 (ten) business days. For the avoidance of doubt, all refunds are always at our sole and absolute discretion.
6.6.4 We reserve the right to withhold any refund or cancel a transaction until the identity of the Player Account User is established to our satisfaction. You agree to provide, upon request, your identity document (passport, driver’s license, ID card) and any proof of address you may provide (utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, etc.). If these documents are not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, the refund or reverse transaction will not be processed, your Player Account will be closed, and you will lose all funds in your Player Account. This decision will be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
6.6.5 If you funded your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the full amount deposited as a refund for any purchases you have made.
6.6.6 If a credit card purchase is deemed to pose an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons, either by our credit card processors or our KYC department, the Casino will refund all such transactions to the credit card, and in will inform all appropriate authorities and parties.
6.6.7 In all cases, when we issue a refund, all bonuses and winnings from your balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded.
6.7 You may withdraw any winnings from your account by submitting a valid withdrawal request. We will process all such requests in accordance with our withdrawal rules as described in the Terms.
6.8 The minimum turnover of funds before a withdrawal is x1 (one). If the stake (the amount of bets placed) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to void all winnings and retain the 10% (ten percent) commission (but not less than EUR 0.5 of the last deposit amount) as a payment fee, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance was debited by credit card or bank transfer.
6.9 You agree that the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal in the event that you are suspected of fraud, collusion or illegal activity.
6.10 The Company will endeavor to accommodate your payment method preferences, but the use of your preferred payment method cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the Company may process and process payments using payment systems other than the one you requested to process your withdrawal.
6.11 All withdrawals are processed in accordance with our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into account the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.

6.12 A customer’s VIP level is determined by activity during the 90 calendar days preceding the withdrawal request and may be modified based on the ratio of deposits and withdrawals made and bonuses received. A customer who has not made any active bets for a month is automatically downgraded to the lowest level.
6.13 A customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on their account at any given time.
6.14 The Company reserves the right to process payments according to an individual schedule, to set the minimum and maximum amounts per transaction, and to determine the timing of such transactions, which may vary depending on the withdrawal method, your account level, or other relevant factors.
6.15 Withdrawal requests are processed by the Finance Department within 96 business hours of the request and/or within 96 business hours of the payment of the last withdrawal request, provided that all other Conditions are met and verifications are completed, as set out in the Conditions. Financial department agents process cash withdrawal requests from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday. You agree to be aware of and accept the withdrawal schedule. Once the Finance Department has processed the funds transfer request, any further delays in processing payments are not the Company’s responsibility.
6.16 The Company may delay processing your withdrawal request to verify your identity, account balance, source of funds, and compliance with the Conditions. In such cases, the Company may initiate and/or participate in and/or assist in the investigation of the circumstances, and you agree to provide support and assistance during this investigation. The Company reserves the right to postpone the execution of any payment or the release of winnings until all verification procedures and checks described in the Terms have been successfully completed.
6.17 The Company keeps client funds separate from its own funds in dedicated client bank accounts. This arrangement ensures that funds held in client accounts are kept safe and secure in the event of insolvency. Therefore, in the event of insolvency, your funds are protected and will be returned to you.
6.18 If an account holder does not log into their account for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days, the account will be considered a “dormant account.” Each month, we may charge EUR 5 or the equivalent in your account currency as an administration fee for as long as the account remains inactive. We have the right to change the monthly administration fee at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If the account balance is less than EUR 5 or the equivalent in your account currency, the full amount will be charged. When the balance reaches zero, there are no further administration fees.
6.19 In the event of software malfunctions, erroneous financial transactions, etc., the Company has the right to write off any funds incorrectly accumulated in Customer accounts and also undertakes to refund any amounts incorrectly written off or not accrued due to technical issues in Customer accounts within 30 (thirty) days from the time the malfunction was detected.
6.20 If the Company has mistakenly (due to a technical error in the payout table, an error caused by a human factor, or any other type of error) refilled the client’s account with funds that do not belong to the client, this amount will be considered the property of the Company and will be deducted from the client’s account. If a client withdraws funds that do not belong to them before the error is discovered, the amount paid in error (without prejudice to the client’s legal rights and actions) will be considered a debt owed by the client to the Company. In the event of an inaccurate balance replenishment, the client must immediately notify the Company by email.
6.21 The transfer of funds between clients, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block all accounts involved in transfers, deduct winnings, and report this activity to the relevant authorities.
6.22 At any time, the Company is authorized to cancel the positive balance in your account to credit the amount you owe to the Company.
6.23 You assume full responsibility for the payment of all taxes, collections and other expenses associated with any earnings from the use of the Website Services. You agree to indemnify the Company for any expenses or losses that the Company may incur as a result of any liability or requirement presented to us by any government agency due to tax withholding or payment requirements or similar requirements in connection with your withdrawal request or income.
Bonuses and promotions
7.1 From time to time, we may offer promotional incentives to our customers, such as bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and/or other special offers (referred to as “bonuses” or “promotions” in these Terms and Conditions). Some promotions require you to make a deposit (the “Associated Deposit”) of a set minimum amount in order to be eligible for them. 7.2 Any bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer (e.g., school, public library, or workplace), and personal or shared IP address.
7.3 We reserve the right to refuse a bonus to any customer, to reject bonuses of any kind, to cancel participation in any promotion, as well as to permanently or temporarily ban any customer or group of customers from the Website’s promotional program, at our sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding our promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings, and wagering requirements), the Company’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
7.4 Residents of any of the excluded jurisdictions are not eligible to register for or participate in any promotion.

7.6 All our bonuses come with a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager a certain amount before you can withdraw your winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the bonus amount and the associated deposit amount, or the amount of winnings from that promotion (depending on the terms and conditions of the promotion in question). For example, a wagering requirement of x5 (five) means you must wager the equivalent of five times the corresponding amount. Place bets and gambling
8.1 When placing a bet, it is your responsibility to verify that all bet details are correct.

8.3 You acknowledge and agree that the outcome of games on the Website is determined by a random number generator, and you accept the results of all such games. Fraud, illegal and abusive use

engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
threatening, harassing, or abusing other customers or members of our staff;
attempting to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the operation of the Website, the servers on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website, by attempting to circumvent our security systems;

Limitation of liability

- Any delay in receiving or accepting a deposit or in retaining your withdrawal to complete identity verification and other procedures;
